That's why we offer you a clear, fair, and straightforward solution for returns and complaints – beyond the legal requirements.

📅 Return period

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

🚚 Return costs

To ensure fair prices for all customers, customers bear the return costs if the goods are returned without defects .

💡 Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives defective or damaged , we will find a solution as quickly as possible.

This is how it works:

  • Report damage within 48 hours
    Please send us a photo or video clearly showing the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Unfortunately, we cannot consider any applications received after this deadline.

  • Smaller items (under €20)
    In rare cases, we will refund the amount directly, without return – for example, if the return would be disproportionately expensive.
  • Higher-value items (from €20)
    For items over €20, we will carefully examine each individual case and inform you about the next steps .
    Typically, the item will be returned for inspection (return shipping costs are initially borne by the customer).

Non-returnable

The following items are excluded from return :

  • Personalized products
  • Opened hygiene products
  • Redeemed digital content

🏷️ Return address

The return address will be communicated to you after your request has been reviewed.

Please do not send any goods to our business address without prior consultation .
