30-day return option
You can return your order within
30 days of receiving it.
During the first 14 days, you may carefully inspect the item.
If there are clear signs of use, pet hair, dirt or odours,
the refund amount may be reduced according to the resulting
loss in value.
From day 15 through day 30, we accept returns only if the items
are unused, clean, complete and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs

For returns without a defect, you are responsible for the
return shipping costs.

For damaged, incorrect or faulty items, we cover the necessary
return shipping costs.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty items
If an item has been delivered damaged, incorrect or faulty,
we will of course be happy to help.
Please send us your order number, a brief description of the
problem and, where possible, a few clear photos.
We will review your request and inform you of the next steps
as soon as possible.
How returns work
Returns are completed in three simple steps:

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund
the eligible amount to the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business
days for the amount to appear in your account.
