We want you to be completely happy with your purchase – that's why we offer you a clear, fair, and straightforward solution for returns and complaints – beyond the legal requirements.
📅 Return period
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt .
Please note that the period begins on the day the goods are received.
🚚 Return costs
To ensure fair prices for all customers, customers bear the return costs if the goods are returned without defects .
We will of course cover the costs of defective or incorrectly delivered items.
🔄 Exchange (size or color request)
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.
However, you can return the item and then place a new order in the desired size or color.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.
💡 Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a quick and fair solution.
This is how it works:
- Report damage within 48 hours:
Please send us a photo or video clearly showing the damage within 48 hours of receipt.
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept complaints after this deadline. - Smaller items (under €20):
In individual cases, we will refund the amount directly, without requiring return – for example, if returning the item would be disproportionately expensive. - Higher-value items (from €20):
We examine each case individually and inform you about the next steps.
Typically, the item will be returned for inspection (return shipping costs are initially borne by the customer).
❌ Excluded from the right of return
The following items are excluded from return for hygiene or individual reasons:
- Personalized products
- Opened hygiene products
- Redeemed digital content
🏷️ Return address
The exact return address will be communicated to you after your request has been reviewed .
Please do not send any goods to our business address without prior consultation .
