To offer fair prices, customers bear the return shipping costs when the goods are returned without defects.

💡 Defective or damaged items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If a product arrives defective or damaged, we will take care of it immediately:

• For smaller items (under about 20 €), we usually refund the amount directly, without return.
• For higher-value items, we will review the individual case and inform you about the next steps.
