Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original order.
Return shipping costs
Unless there is a defect or an error on our part, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
- Digital content once it has been redeemed or downloaded
