Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final item is received.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below for this purpose. However, use of the form is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless the goods are defective, incorrect, or there is another error for which we are responsible.

Loss of Value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive.
  • Goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return period of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

During the first 14 days, the provisions of the statutory right of withdrawal apply without restriction.

For returns made from the 15th day up to and including the 30th day after receipt of the goods, the following conditions of our voluntary return policy apply.

  • You must notify us of your return request no later than the 30th day after receiving the goods.
  • The goods must be unused, complete, undamaged, and in perfect condition.
  • Any included accessories and all components must be returned in full.
  • Personalized or individually manufactured goods are excluded.
  • Sealed hygiene products are excluded if the seal was removed after delivery.

For a voluntary return after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will generally reimburse the purchase price of the accepted returned item using the payment method used for the original order.

Note: The voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights.
