General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices are final prices. According to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged (small business regulation). Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
The processing time is usually 1–4 business days.
The delivery time is usually 6–10 business days.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage under the contract.

9. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
