Depending on the selected payment method, the purchase contract may already be concluded when the payment process is completed.

During the first 14 days, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.

For voluntary returns from day 15 through day 30, the goods must be unused, clean, complete and undamaged.

In particular, the goods must be free from pet hair, dirt, odours and clear signs of use.

For voluntary returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

The voluntary return option does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory rights in relation to defective goods.

Further information can be found on our returns page .

9. Liability for Defects

The statutory provisions regarding liability for defects apply.

If a delivered item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and provide your order number.

Voluntary return or goodwill arrangements do not restrict your statutory rights in relation to defective goods.
